All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, Luxe Beauty Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at luxebeautylounge52@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
